Mobile catering trucks are similar to food trucks, but these are contracted for specific events, then customer chooses the food from the catering menu, and the truck serves it at the event.

6. Restaurants in buses

Generally they are buses of two floors where the kitchen is located in the inferior one, and the commensals in the superior one. This concept is new and has not been well tested, because require a large parking space and a higher initial cost to accommodate the bus.
